During my time as Creative Director of Live Entertainment for the development of 20th Century Fox World, I led the creative team for an original slate of immersive, IP-based live entertainment offerings. Working closely with 20th Century Fox’s Location-Based Entertainment (LBE) and Consumer Products teams, I helped translate major film franchises into high-impact, story-driven guest experiences for an international theme park audience.

  • The Sounds of Rio: a theatrical stage show featuring the characters from Rio.

  • Ice Age: Time Warp: a theatrical stage show featuring a 3-meter-tall mammoth puppet.

  • ...And Action!: a theatrical street show paying homage to Century City and classic movie musicals. 

  • The Fox Fanfare: an interactive, roaming brass band.

  • Operation Combat Drop: an immersive stunt show based on the worlds of Alien & Predator.

  • 20th Century Fox World Parade: a mid-scale parade with floats and lavish costumes.

  • Character Meet & Greets: over 20 unique photo opportunities for guests of all ages.

Key Contributions

  • Franchise Adaptation: Developed immersive live entertainment inspired by 20th Century Fox franchises including Ice Age, Rio, Epic, Alien vs. Predator, Night at the Museum, and Independence Day.

  • Original Park Programming: Designed a full slate of live experiences including stage shows, in-world character pop-ups, and streetmosphere activations, all woven into the broader park narrative.

  • Cross-Department Integration: Aligned creative strategy with park operations, facility planning, and international stakeholder input.

  • Story & Show Development: Authored original treatments, scripts, and formats to extend Fox IP into live, narrative-driven experiences.

  • Studio Liaison: Served as the creative bridge between Resorts World Genting and Fox’s LBE and Consumer Products divisions, managing approvals and ensuring brand consistency.

  • Global Casting Leadership: Led a 6-country audition tour, evaluating 5,000+ performers and optimizing casting costs by 20%.

  • Music & Voiceover Direction: Oversaw music development and VO sessions, including work with celebrity talent (John Leguizamo) and IP-accurate sound-alike performers.

  • Creative Showcases: Directed a multi-week workshop and showcase for Fox executives to greenlight the experience slate.

  • Launch Event Production: Produced and directed the Fox World retail store grand opening event.
