As Concept Creator, Co-Writer and Co-Director, I helmed the development and production of BINGO Jamboree: A Musical With Balls, an immersive "game-show-party" experience that combines the thrill of a live game show with the energy of a musical comedy. This 90-minute, one-act production offers audiences a bawdy, irreverent evening of entertainment, centered around a high-stakes game of blackout BINGO.

Additionally, I was the Game Designer and App Creator, engineering a system that keeps each show unique to that audience.

BINGO Jamboree:

A Musical With Balls

Key Experiences

  • Immersive Setting: Transformed venues into the fictional Cocksville Town Hall, creating an engaging environment where audience members are active participants in the narrative.

  • Interactive Gameplay: Integrated a live game of blackout BINGO into the show's structure, with one guest per performance crowned as the winner, enhancing the participatory nature of the experience.

  • Original One-Act Musical: Crafted a series of original songs that blend humor and storytelling, contributing to character development and advancing the plot.

Key Contributions

  • Concept Development: Originated the show's concept, blending elements of interactive theater, musical comedy, and game show dynamics to create a unique audience experience.

  • Game & App Creation: Engineered an app that generates and runs a unique gameplay for each show, keeping the show unique to each group of patrons.

  • Creative Direction: Oversaw all aspects of design, including the show's LED media, in-show posters, set design, gamecards, website, social media, & billboards.

  • Show Direction & Choreography: Collaborated with the actors to give the show both visual and visceral identity.

  • Audience Engagement: Designed interactive pre- and post-show experiences that encourage audience participation, fostering a sense of community and enhancing the overall enjoyment of the show.

  • Venue Adaptation: Adapted the production for various venues, including a run at Jamul Casino in San Diego, where the show was integrated into the casino's entertainment lineup with a $5,000 cash price.

Key Collaborators

  • Liz Muller: Co-writer and lyricist and co-director, contributing to the development of the show's book and musical content.

  • C.E. Simon: Composer, responsible for creating the original score that blends seamlessly with the show's comedic and interactive elements.
